Troy is AMAZING! Not only is he super knowledgeable, he’s also so nice and genuine. We hired Troy to install our faucet and while he was here he took a look at our water softener because I didn’t think it was working properly and sure enough it wasn’t even on. He turned it on for me and took the time to explain how it will operate, things to look out for, and that I’ll be using less soap (I didn’t understand why until I showered and felt the difference). I can’t wait for him to come back and install the carbon filter so that we can have drinkable water throughout the house. I will highly recommend Troy to all of my friends. He’s affordable and does a great job and he made me feel like I was family. I can’t tell you how many times people try to sell me things or take advantage of me, so I appreciate Troy so much for his advice and sincerity.

Troy knows his stuff! I didn’t realize how much the quality of our water affects other things in my home, like the longevity of my hot water heater, the softness of my clothes out of the laundry, and the dryness of my skin out of the shower. We use WAY less soap and detergent now, too, and that’s better for the environment. Since Troy put in our water softener, my wife swears by it and what it has done for her skin. Personally, I love the crystal clear ice cubes for the R/O system. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I was referred to Troy by a friend of mine. I had a reverse osmosis system installed a few months ago by someone else. I called Troy to fix a leak that was coming from the filter system. He came over the same day and knew exactly what was the issue. I was so relieved he was able to fix it!! We also had Troy install a whole house carbon filtration system for our home that is connected to our existing water softener. Troy did a great job. After months of researching and calling around town, I found most companies and water stores were quoting me close to $1700-$2000 for a basic 5 stage RO system. Thankfully we didn’t purchase anything because we then found Earth Water Solutions. Immediately Troy (the owner) made a friend and after thoroughly explaining his system etc, he made the sale. Not only did he come in about 50% less then anyone quoted me, he installed a 6 stage RO system with an alkaline filter.
